📍 LOCATION #1Arashi Beach

Why Families Love Arashi Beach?

Arashi Beach is one of the most peaceful beaches in Aruba for a family photoshoot, especially for families looking for a natural and relaxed setting. Located on the quieter side of the island; it offers calmer conditions and lighter winds than many other Aruba beaches, ideal for photographing children without distractions.

What makes Arashi Beach stand out for photography is its versatility. The soft sandy shoreline creates timeless family portraits, while the nearby rocky areas add texture and visual interest to your photo gallery. With thoughtful timing, Arashi Beach also provides a more private photoshoot experience compared to resort-style beaches in Aruba.

✅ What You’ll Love

  • Calm, family-friendly atmosphere ideal for family photography in Aruba

  • Natural sand and rocky backdrops for a varied photo gallery

  • Less crowded than hotel and resort beaches

  • Soft, flattering light for morning and sunset photoshoots

⚠️ Things to Consider

  • More intimate/smaller in size compared to long, open beaches like Manchebo in Aruba.

  • Limited natural shade during midday sessions

📍 LOCATION #2Eagle Beach

Why Families Love Eagle Beach?

Eagle Beach is one of the most iconic beaches in Aruba and instantly recognizable thanks to its wide shoreline, soft white sand, and the famous fofoti trees. For families looking for that classic “postcard Aruba” look, this beach delivers timeless and visually striking photos.

Its open space makes it ideal for natural walking shots, playful moments with kids, and wide scenic family portraits. While Eagle Beach Aruba is popular with visitors, choosing the right time of day can transform the experience into a calm and beautifully lit family photoshoot setting.

✅ What You’ll Love

  • Iconic fofoti trees that create the classic Aruba beach photography look

  • Wide, open shoreline ideal for natural walking shots and candid family moments

  • Soft white sand and crystal-blue water that photograph beautifully in any light

⚠️ Things to Consider

  • One of the most popular beaches in Aruba, especially during sunset hours

  • Morning sessions offer the most privacy and a calmer photoshoot experience

💡 My Tip: If the fofoti trees are a must-have for your photos, plan a morning shoot before most people arrive.

📍LOCATION #3 — Surfside Beach

Why Families Love Surfside Beach?

Surfside Beach Aruba is a favorite for families who want a relaxed, low-key photoshoot experience away from the island’s busiest beaches. Located near local neighborhoods rather than large resorts, it offers a quieter atmosphere where families can feel comfortable and at ease.

The beach still delivers beautiful Aruba scenery, with soft sand, calm water tones, and natural elements like divi-divi trees and greenery that add warmth and variety to photos. Its softer color palette creates a cozy, intimate feel that works especially well for natural and candid family portraits.

✅ What You’ll Love

  • Quiet, relaxed environment ideal for laid-back family photoshoots in Aruba

  • Natural greenery and trees that create soft, organic backgrounds

  • Peaceful sunset atmosphere that feels private and unrushed

⚠️ Things to Consider

  • Water tones are softer and less turquoise compared to some other Aruba beaches

💡 My Tip: Surfside is perfect for families who want a more private, low-key session.

Manchebo Beach Aruba

Manchebo is a dream for families — it’s huge, wide, and has palm trees that give a perfect tropical touch. Even when there are people around, it feels like you have tons of space.

The only little hiccup? Parking can be tricky right at sunset, but it’s worth it for those golden tones. Morning light here is also soft and gorgeous.

✅ What You’ll Love

  • Tons of space for running, playing, and candid shots

  • Palm trees for a tropical background

  • Beautiful light at both morning and sunset

❌ What’s Not Perfect

  • Parking can be tough at sunset

💡 My Tip: If you’re bringing little ones, Manchebo is amazing because it’s so open — they can run, and we can still keep the photos beautiful.

Casa del Mar Beach Aruba

This little stretch of beach is tucked between Divi All-Inclusive and Casa del Mar Resort. It’s got gorgeous blue water, soft white sand, and a few rocky spots for when you want something a little different in your photos.

It’s a great spot in the mornings — during the weekends, it can get busy with both tourists and locals, so weekdays are your best bet for quiet.

✅ What You’ll Love

  • Blue water and soft sand

  • Rocks to sit or pose on for variety

  • Easy morning light

❌ What’s Not Perfect

  • Weekends can be busy, so aim for weekdays

💡 My Tip: This beach is amazing if you want a mix of classic sand shots and more relaxed poses on the rocks.

Extra Tips for Making It Great

  • Skip weekends if you can — Aruban beaches are busy with locals and tourists alike.

  • Sunsets are magical, and even cloudy skies can add drama and depth—don’t worry if it's not perfectly clear.

  • Plan early in your trip—booking early gives flexibility to reschedule if the weather turns.
