Fortunately, Aruba rarely experiences long periods of rain. In most cases, if it does rain, it usually lasts only 10–15 minutes and then quickly clears up. Interestingly, a little rain can sometimes lead to even more beautiful sunsets, creating dramatic skies and amazing colors for photos. Only in very rare cases (about 1% of sessions) do we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather. If there is a storm or unsafe weather conditions, we can easily reschedule the photoshoot for another time during your trip. To secure your family photoshoot in Aruba, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your date through our secure online booking system. This deposit confirms and blocks your selected time slot. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the photoshoot. Cancellation Policy If something unexpected happens such as illness or an emergency, you will receive a full refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot. Please note that no-shows are non-refundable. In the rare case that the photographer needs to cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will receive a full refund of your deposit the same day. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the session scheduled, the photographer may arrange a trusted professional photographer to conduct the photoshoot, while I remain fully in charge of the editing and delivery of your photos. There will be no additional cost to you, and I will handle all coordination and payment with the substitute photographer.
